Octopus

One of my favourite dishes is Octopus that we get it pretty much everywhere in Portugal and cooked in all sorts of way.

So I decided to cook my own "Polvo á Lagareiro"

easy, garlic, olive oil, octopus, potatoes, salt and "coentros"

Looks nice and tastes, nice, anyone disagrees?

Not the healthiest of salads...

bacon, chips and some supermarket salad.

took 5 mins to cook the bacon and done, with a nice glass of white wine to go with
