simple is good (again)

I think this is a repost, or if it is not, at least the simple is good is.
But Some pimentos de padrón.... are just delicious.
Pan, salt, olive oil (portuguese :p), garlic, put it boiling add the pimentos, add salt, add salt and add salt, make them jump, and there it is.
I am off to a football match so these with a glass of portuguese Vinho Verde...

Simple is (sometimes) good

We wanted something simple to enjoy the 3rd place match at home, so what better then shrimps and mushrooms.... hmmmm.
The wine is also good, private crop of the family!
