Cuttle fish

It sure doesn't look good.

Nevertheless it tastes great.

I cooked it with the ink (which for me is what delivers the taste) so it is strange because the meat of tis fish is white and the consistency very interesting.

Well it was delicious and the first time i cooked.

I show a picture of the fish taken from the shellfish association in england so that you can see what the actual fish looks like
