This is duck "maigret" just simple seasoning, put in the overn and add some broculy.

Lamb (Basicly bones qith some meat and the kidney), clams, mushrooms and tagliatelle (pasta).

Cool, salad (three different vegetables), smoked salmon, mixed mushrooms with green and red pepped an some "chouriço", mixed eggs with shrimps and salmon, et voila....

a nice cobination for dinner, quick, easy and nice.

The white wine was matching it just perfectly.
