Something as typical as it gets here in POrtugal CALDO VERDE!!
There is no popular party that can happen without this, a potatoe soup with some really thin slced cabagge, i added some bacon, but it should be "chouriço"
I cooked it with the ink (which for me is what delivers the taste) so it is strange because the meat of tis fish is white and the consistency very interesting.
Well it was delicious and the first time i cooked.

Cool, salad (three different vegetables), smoked salmon, mixed mushrooms with green and red pepped an some "chouriço", mixed eggs with shrimps and salmon, et voila....
a nice cobination for dinner, quick, easy and nice.
