It is beggining to become a tradition.

On my holidays down south in Sintra I prepare around 15 Francesinhas.

I did not take picturesthis time, so this one it was a friend who was kind enough to send it.

I did not apreciate much the sauce this time, don't know what went wrong it was too sweet.

Nevertheless, only one person of the 20 who had francesinha, said the sauce was missing something, the rest of the biunch liked it...

hope I can keep up the tradition :)
